"I run a lot," Britney told fans on Instagram about one of her go-to workouts. According to the Mayo Clinic, running is great for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. "For every mile run, the average person will burn approximately 100 calories," they say. 

In the same Instagram post Britney said that she tries to "eat clean" and be "mindful" with her food. However, she still indulges in the occasional cheat meals, "like last night when I ate a container of peanuts," she wrote in her post.

Britney packs a punch when it comes time for a boxing workout. "I started boxing so now I feel stronger," she said. Harvard Health maintains that boxing a great way to build strength, improve balance, posture, hand-eye coordination, boost mood and endurance, and helps increase alertness. 

Spears is a fan of various types of yoga, including acro yoga. There is a laundry list of reasons to do yoga, explains Harvard Health. "Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood," they said. "People who were overweight actually lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) compared with those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating."

"I don't like doing too much cardio," Spears revealed on Instagram. "My body has muscle memory, cus I use it be [sic] gymnast and I can bulk up …. so I like isolated movement. The key to my workout is repetition, but that gets boring so I have a booklet I've made with all my favorite exercises. I usually wear headphones …. music takes me away."
